Create an account with an Iranian mobile number or your email address. Your account is created after you verify the code. If you already have an account, use the same number or email to log in. Signing up with another identity creates a separate account.

• Check the mobile number or email address you entered.
• For email, check your spam folder too.
• When the countdown ends, request another code. Use the most recently sent code.
• The 6-digit code is valid for 5 minutes. Do not share it with anyone.

You can log in to a new account with a one-time code. Open Account Password from your account to set a password with a verification code or change it with your current password. Your new password must contain 8–128 characters, including at least one letter and one digit. Persian letters and digits are also accepted.

If you forget your password, use Reset password on the login page. After the code is verified and the password is reset, previous sessions are closed. Rial and crypto withdrawals are restricted for the duration shown on the reset page. Your account shows when the restriction ends.

If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, enter the code from your authenticator app after your password or login code. You are only logged in after this step is verified.
